Hi, I am Courtney Hunt. For more than 25 years, my work has focused on strengthening leadership, building community capacity, and advancing equitable opportunities across sectors. I am a Community & Leadership Strategist, Coach, and Grant Educator, partnering with individuals and organizations committed to meaningful, measurable impact.

My career spans health equity, civic engagement, nonprofit leadership, and community-centered systems change. Throughout that work, I’ve learned that effective leadership is not about position or title, it’s about clarity, courage, and the ability to lead people through complexity with integrity.
